Urban Moment is a full service real estate development company with offices in Austin, Tucson, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Our expertise is firmly established in high-end urban locations with strong population growth and stable real estate markets.
We owe much of our success to our exceptional relationships with local/regional architects, city officials, and specialized partners that bring insight and smooth/prompt closure to our projects.
Urban Moment prides itself on creating win-win relationships with our partners, sellers, buyers, investors, and the communities in which we develop. Whether we leverage strategic partners or develop a property independently, our investors get a turn-key solution for the full real estate development cycle from property acquisition and design, to entitlement, construction, and sale.
Jim has held strategic and visionary roles at several real estate developing companies in the past 15 years including the creation of Mesquite Homes in Tucson. His focus has been in addressing development needs within specific urban locations. While Jim is well-versed in all stages of the development cycle, his success is largely due to the solid relationships he has developed both with city staff, designers, and planners as well as his diversified portfolio of private and pubic partners that bring specific experience and knowledge to his projects.
Prior to real estate, Jim started his career as an engineer and district manager in the oilfield, then as a sales manager and VP of Sales before ultimately taking on the role of president and running two different high technology companies in San Francisco.
Bill Campbell has been developing top of the market custom homes in San Francisco’s most coveted neighborhoods for 17 years. He typically handles acquisitions, funding, and entitlement directly while partnering with some of the best designers, builders, and selling agents in the local market. Bill serves a strategic oversight and financing advisory role for Urban Moment’s Los Angeles and Tucson portfolios. Prior to real estate development, Bill founded, grew, and sold two high technology companies. One of which was acquired by ADP where he then sat on the executive committee for six years before shifting to real estate development.
Nick brings 13 years of experience in West Hollywood real estate development to the company. His expertise resides in the acquisition and sale phases of the development process as well as putting together the perfect team to design and build out multi-family projects in Los Angeles. Nick’s focus on West Hollywood has enabled him to develop the strong political relationships with city staff and council members required to navigate potential entitlement challenges effectively, quickly, and successfully.
Zach has spent his career developing real estate with a primary focus on residential subdivisions and home building. He brings thoughtful and unique design combined with entitlement/construction expertise to maximize development projects. Zach has successfully delivered projects to market from raw land as well as picking up distressed projects from failed developers and seeing them to successful completion. Zach embraces Urban Moment’s win-win philosophy through the full development process – providing all stakeholders with value from project inception through completion. Zach’s current focus is running Mesquite Homes and the building of Urbana Homes’ communities.
