The largest urban renewal project in downtown Tucson to date, Plaza Centro comprises an open garage with public parking for 385 cars, 20,000 square feet of retail space, 2,000 square feet of office space, and a 456 bed student housing project affiliated with the University of Arizona.  We master planned and developed the project with Capstones Community who owned and operated the Student Housing at Completion with our company owning and operating the Retail and Office.   The project is stable and 100% occupied.
