This exquisite LEED Platinum home sold in June 2017 for the highest purchase price ever attained for a San Francisco single family home. This Gold Coast property was a complete demolition and rebuild during which Urban Moment successfully navigated through challenges such as the city’s claim that the property resided in a historic district. Despite these legal challenges, we still provided investors with a greater than 20% IRR.
