Project Description
Urban Moment facilitated the acquisition of this 60-acre property in 2015 and worked closely with the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary to design a project that incorporated historical structures on the property. For the development phase, Urban Moment partnered with Watermark Communities, a leader in the assisted living industry, to develop this 477-bed/unit project. The project has been broken down into four phases and is to be developed over the next eight years. The initial phase includes a main building with approximately 300 units and a memory care building, both of which are currently under construction. Opening is expected in early 2019.
